Exchange policy:
We want you to love your new bed.  We will do our best to give you an accurate description of the feel of the mattresses we offer so you can make a great choice for you.  But, if your mattress isn't comfortable to you within 60 days of receiving your new mattress you can exchange for a different model.  There is no exchange of adjustable bases.

  • Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges for an exchange. 
  • Mattress must be stain and odor free.
  • No exchange of adjustable bases.
Keep in mind that it can take some time for a new mattress to break in and it is not uncommon to be uncomfortable during the first week or so of sleeping on a new mattress.  We recommend sleeping on a new mattress for at least 1 week before deciding whether or not to exchange it.
